FAMOUS LAST WORDS?

The fundamentals of our economy are strong
-John McCain, September 15, 2008.

With those words, John McCain may have given the 2008
election to Barack Obama on a silver platter.
The Lehman collapse was in progress, and all of Wall Street
was feeling intense anxiety, the unemployment rate was 6.1
percent , and there were many warning signs of economic
trouble ahead.

The Obama campaign pounded on this, and while I had
predicted they would win even if the Republicans managed to
resurrect Ronald Reagan and install Princess Diana as his
running mate.
I have been predicting for quite a while that Obama was going to win a second term no matter what, but something happened last month that could give the Republicans an opening provided that Americans are smart enough to pull their heads out of their asses and stop watching American Idol reruns long enough to listen.

On June 8, 2012, addressing reporters, President Obama
said, “The private sector is doing fine.

However, once again, the man from Kenya is full of excrement.

Private sector jobs are still down 4.6 million, or 4%, from January 2008, while government jobs are 11.4% above January 2008 levels.
Do you know who pays for those additional 225,000 government jobs?
Look in the mirror, fellow taxpayers!

Maybe what the illegal alien in the Oval Office means is that his plan to bankrupt America, reduce our standard of living and wipe out the middle class so we’ll be receptive to things like world banks and the United Nations telling us how to govern ourselves, that plan is doing fine.

After 36 months of Obama-nomics, the public sector has made up less than half of the jobs lost in the Great Recession.

The national debt has now increased by more than $64,000 per federal taxpayer since Barack Obama was inaugurated president.

Regardless of what you feel about the present administration, I think most would agree that for a few decades, Americans have settled for mediocrity in their leadership.

Recent generations, in my opinion, have this attitude of “entitlement” rather than the drive to get off their butts and work for what they want.

Obama plays to that crowd by making them resent the wealthy, while behind their backs manipulating the economy into a death spiral with rising deficit spending and smoke-and-mirrors "fixes" like "Cash For Clunkers."

Interestingly enough, later that same day, our Man From Kenya said, “it is absolutely clear that the economy is not doing fine,” and claimed that his initial remark was taken out of context.

  1. "THE PRIVATE SECTOR'S DOING FINE."

That of course is a lie. However, if one replaced the words "the private sector's" with the words "our scheme's", it would suddenly be the truth: "OUR SCHEME'S DOING FINE"

"As will be illustrated in the following chapters of this book, some of these people, acting through organizations such as the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations), are consciously pursuing policies designed to lower the economic stature of America so it can be more comfortably merged into global government. Taxing money from American workers to build up the economies of foreign countries has done much to advance that goal." ...

    AMERICA IS THE TARGET

"It has become the prime directive to weaken the United States both militarily and economically. And this directive has come from AMERICAN leaders, not those of other countries. CFR members sitting in the White House, the State Department, the Defense Department, and the Treasury are now working to finalize that part of the plan. ...

"The American economy is being deliberately exhausted through foreign giveaways and domestic boondoggles. The object is not to help those in need or to preserve the environment, but to BRING THE SYSTEM DOWN."

  2. Stephen, I am with you.

Sadly, I was trying to illustrate with this post that even if it were not all a deliberate attempt to siphon off the wealth of the American populace, even ifd all the events over the decades were unrelated and the pattern they all seem to fit is mere coincidence...

It's still PAINFULLY OBVIOUS that these policies simply WILL NOT WORK!

    And you know what?

The Americonneds are still not going to "get" it.

    However....they will GET it.

And they will not like WHERE.
