IF NOT NOW, WHEN?

IF THERE WAS EVER A TIME TO CAST YOUR VOTE FOR A THIRD PARTY...

THAT TIME IS NOW!

The media is trying to convince us that a vote for Johnson/Weld is a wasted vote.

That's not the truth.

That's why just yesterday, Nate Silver and other notable data analysts warned the two parties: Don't rule out Johnson.

Johnson is at 25% in New Mexico and tied with Clinton in Utah. He is surging in states like New Hampshire, Colorado, and Alaska.

Governor Gary Johnson’s economic policies worked for New Mexico, driving down unemployment and allowing the economy to grow. At the same time, they also drastically improved New Mexico’s schools and infrastructure.

In 1992, Governor Bill Weld was rated the most fiscally conservative governor in the United States by the Wall Street Journal. More importantly, the unemployment rate in Massachusetts plummeted from the highest among the 11 industrialized states to the lowest by the end of his first term!

Can you name anything that Hillary Clinton has succeeded at?

EDITORIAL ENDORSEMENTS

The Chicago Tribune

A principled option for U.S. president: Endorsing Gary Johnson, Libertarian

We reject the cliche that a citizen who chooses a principled third-party candidate is squandering his or her vote. Look at the number of fed-up Americans telling pollsters they clamor for alternatives to Trump and Clinton. What we're recommending will appeal less to people who think tactically than to conscientious Americans so infuriated that they want to send a message about the failings of the major parties and their candidates. Put short:

We offer this endorsement to encourage voters who want to feel comfortable with their choice. Who want to vote for someone they can admire.

The Detroit News

Gary Johnson for President

Johnson is joined on the ticket by William Weld, the former Republican governor of Massachusetts, who likewise posted a record of good government and fiscal discipline. Johnson says he and Weld will govern as a team. That is encouraging. These are two honest, principled politicians who would put the interests of the nation first...

We anticipate our decision not to support either of the major party candidates will bring charges that we are throwing away our endorsement. Our contention is that an endorsement based on conscience is never wasted.

New Hampshire Union Leader

Johnson-Weld 2016: A better choice

This is the best chance for a third party ticket in more than a century. Johnson and Weld are on the ballot in all 50 states, and should have significant appeal to disaffected conservatives and liberals looking for a better option. They must be included in this fall’s presidential debate...

Don’t waste your vote on candidates who don’t deserve it. Gary Johnson and Bill Weld are the only choice for President and Vice President.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch

Richmond Times-Dispatch endorses Gary Johnson for president

He is, in every respect, a legitimate and reasonable contender for the presidency — but only if the voters give him a fair hearing.

And that can happen only if he is allowed to participate in the presidential debates that begin on Sept. 26 at Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y.

Winston-Salem Journal

Decision 2016: Gary Johnson for president

It would be wonderful for our democracy to have Johnson and Weld, two thoughtful statesmen, on the debate schedule, starting Sept. 26, to balance the mudslinging sure to emanate from the two major-party candidates.

The inclusion of the Libertarians could set the stage for one of the most exciting races in our history, instead of one of our most depressing.

This Libertarian ticket has the potential to transform this race from one about insults and scandals to one about issues and honor.

We endorse Gary Johnson for president

The Caledonian-Record

Vote Johnson

We think third-party candidate Gary Johnson is a viable option and worthy of your attention.

We like the Libertarian candidate across the board.

  1. It is indeed a wasted vote, and the only reason those newspapers are endorsing Dopey Johnson is because they're trying to negatively impact the Trumpslide that's coming.

You think Hellary is going to win in a landslide? What in the world are you basing that on? The polling numbers, where she's either up slightly, down slightly, or even? Are you basing it on the 200 people (if she's really lucky) who are showing up at her rallies, compared to the many thousands who are being TURNED AWAY at the Trump rallies because there's no more room for them?

Seriously, what are you basing your Hellary landslide victory prediction on?

The Democrat party is going to have to cheat bigger than it ever has before just to try to squeak a tiny (fake, phony, corrupt, illegal) victory for Hellary.

Looks like I need to post something else about Trump tonight because not everyone has figured this thing out yet.

    1. I have had enough statistics courses to know polls are easily manipulated, and with Trump's soundbytes and the attention span of the average American, it is hard to see a single woman casting a vote for him, nor a single Black or Latino, not anyone who is handicapped.

We had the same disagreement during the last election-you were sure Obama's support would turn and in the end they did not.

Maybe no one is showing up at her rallies because they know she's going to win, so why waste the gas and cause more global warming?

Clinton's mudslinging commercials are, quite frankly, strategic masterpieces. They pain Trump in the worst possible light.

You still owe me two Blizzards from those old bets... I'll give you Trump on a double-or-nothing bet.

    2. PART 1 --

      LC ~
My previous comment was written BEFORE this recent release of Trump, a decade ago, making "deplorable" comments about sexual advances toward women. How much that is going to affect his campaign now, I don't know. But this new comment that follows is being written with the same mindset I had PRIOR to this new October Surprise bombshell.

      >>... I have had enough statistics courses to know polls are easily manipulated

I know the same thing, and without having taken a single statistics course. At least up until the release of this newly found audio recording of Trump talking about women, the polls have been rigged to make it seem way closer than it was (is?). This was done so that when the Marxocrat party steals the election from Trump via vote fraud and other forms of cheating, We The People won't be overly suspicious. The yakking heads will have an out by saying, "Well, all the polls leading up to election day DID show it as being a close race."

If the lying Mainstream Media told the truth -- that Trump has a huge lead in the polls -- then the Americonned Sheeple would seriously question it when Hellary and the Marxocrat party somehow manages to win.

THAT, my friend, is how this game is played.

      >>... It is hard to see a single woman casting a vote for him, nor a single Black or Latino, not anyone who is handicapped.

Hokey-Smoke! I don't know where you're getting YOUR news from, but it certainly isn't the sites where I get mine.

      The Conservative Treehouse
      World Net Daily
      Brietbart
      YouTube

These sites are LOADED with pro-Trump comments from every group you mentioned above. Have you not seen any photographs from pro-Trump rallies? You're telling me there's a dearth of women in those photos? Heck, I've found plenty that also show a good number of legal Hispanic citizens, and also some Blacks (although to a lesser degree when it comes to Blacks).

    3. PART 2 --

      >>... We had the same disagreement during the last election-you were sure Obama's support would turn and in the end they did not.

Nope. What I got wrong was the degree to which the Marxocrat party would be able to steal the election without the Repugnantcans protesting it. Barack Oliar legitimately won in 2008, but he undoubtedly lost in 2012. The Marxists got it back for him though and the Repugnantcans -- true to form -- let them have it with barely a whimper.

There were counties in swing states where every single vote went to Oliar. There were even some counties where more votes were counted for Oliar than there were registered voters in the county.

Barack did not win. He and his fellow Marxists CHEATED their way back into the White House.

      >>... Maybe no one is showing up at her rallies because they know she's going to win, so why waste the gas and cause more global warming?

HA!-HA!-HA! OK, sure. (I trust you were at least being facetious about the global warming part of that comment.)

      >>... You still owe me two Blizzards from those old bets... I'll give you Trump on a double-or-nothing bet.

      No bet.

I really only owe you ONE Blizzard because I said Romney would win. And I do still believe he won, but 4 more disastrous years of the Kenyan, Marxist, Muslim in the White House says otherwise. So I do owe that one.

The second Blizzard is a fraud. We discussed something and had opposing viewpoints but never bet on it. (I can't even remember what it was now.) And you later claimed that a bet had been made. It hadn't, and I disputed it right at the time you FIRST tried to wrangle a second Blizzard out of me Democrat-style.

However, because this dead horse Blizzard remark that keeps resurfacing every so often is now deader than "Bush lied, people died" and shouldn't be beaten any more, two days ago I mailed a check to you for TWO BLIZZARDS. Even though I only owe one, I don't want to hear about the second one anymore either, so I'm paying MORE than I owe.

You should have the check tomorrow or Tuesday. Then we can move on...

    4. The first Blizzard was on a music question (forget which one)-and we double-or-nothing'ed on something else. I actually did not think it was the election, but it may have been.

I'm going to send the check back though-it's way more fun to have you owe me.

    5. As I think a luittle more about your choice of words in your comment, I want to say that I only bring up the old Blizzard bets in jest.

However, since it seems to bother you, I won't mention the subject again.

But I'm not going to cash your check-you can donate (or not) something to a charity if you feel compelled to, but for me the point was never to collect a dollar or two, it was sopposed to be good-natured teasing with a friend.
