Anyone know what this error message means?
ERROR: Possible problem with your *.gwt.xml module file.
The compile time user.agent file (gecko1_8)does not match the run
time user.agent file (ie9). Expect more errors.
I started getting it yesterday, but only on blogger.com.
I was going to blame the ObamaCare website....
Hmmm... No idea; never run across that one before. What is it preventing you from doing?

It does not seem to prevent anything that I can see...
DeleteNot a clue... which I believe is the way Blogger likes it. Frankly, I always expect more errors...
ReplyDeleteA google search of this kind of file says it's related to Java stuff. Do you have anything Java related on your page (even just a widget on your sidebar)? Maybe one of those needs fixing/refreshing?
ReplyDeleteI'm not aware of anything.
DeleteWhat's odd is that I do not seem to get it on my work PC-only at home...
Very strange. I have no idea...
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, I have to tell you that like me, blogger probably hates you. (That's supposed to mean that blogger hates you and me,not that I hate you, but sometimes I do hate blogger. And I definitely hate all those alphabet soup guys below. Got that?)
ReplyDeleteThe truth is this is most likely cased either by Obamacare, The NSA, CIA, FBI, or IRS. I think someone is watching you. Ha, ha, ha!
Did you ever figure this out? I hate it when stuff like this happens. Do you think your home computer is infected in some way? Is the computer running normally? Okay on other sites?
ReplyDeleteNever saw a message like that and I've gotten some odd messages before.

I haven't figured it out, but I've run anti-virus and malware and they're not picking anything up. I get into blogger, but I get the error message and click ok a couple of times.
DeleteNot the end of the world but an annoyance.
